The Smiling Warrior
The LCpl Matthew R. Rodriguez Memorial Foundation was formed by members of the Rodriguez family to keep “The Smiling Warrior’s”, their hero, memory alive. Graduating seniors from Greater New Bedford Regional Vocational Technical High School; the LCpl Matthew R. Rodriguez Memorial Playground at the New Bedford Regional Airport; local veterans & military family groups, and other local organizations will all benefit from the efforts of the Foundation.
