Plaquing Ceremony & KIA Project Kick-Off

The LCpl Matthew R Rodriguez Memorial Foundation cordially invites you to attend a plaquing ceremony to honor eight local servicemen and to kick off a statewide project honoring all service members who have been killed in action since September 11, 2001.
